Review and comment on loan documentation to ensure compliance with approved terms and conditions and operational feasible in the capacity of Facility Agent / Security AgentEnsure completion of loan documentation and conditions complied before loan disbursementsHandle and liaise with borrowers and lenders on waivers, amendments / consent requests Monitor and facilitate operational matters which include loan drawdowns, rollovers, prepayments, rate fixing between borrower and lendersMonitor and follow up with borrowers/lenders on timely submission of documents such as financials and regulatory documents required under loan agreements and by regulatory authorities Prepare and process related SWIFT paymentsOther duties which include preparation of internal reports, audit confirmations and MAS Returns as assignedDual role functions as maker and checkerParticipate in assigned projects and hands on in UAT testingLoan Operations & Agency (LOA) comprises of Loans, Guarantee team & Agency team. LOA is responsible for booking loans, guarantees, invoice discount financing and securities into G-base, effecting Swift payments as well as administering syndicated facilities as Facility/Security Agent.

Degree / Diploma preferably in Finance, Accountancy or its equivalentKnowledge of Microsoft Words & Excel & PowerpointKnowledge of some corporate banking products will be ideal Good command of written / spoken EnglishGood interpersonal communication skillsA team player and active independent contributorDiligent, meticulous, organised, and able to multi-taskKnowledge of SWIFT paymentOpen mindset with willingness to learn and receptive to changes Mizuho Bank, Ltd. is a subsidiary of the Japan-based Mizuho Financial Group, Inc.
