Job Description
- Provide Administrative support and liaise with the parents, teachers, office staffs and regulatory bodies on enrolment and subsidy matters
- Perform Health and routine check for children
- Maintain and update all office records and data entry
- Assist in ordering of stationaries, cooking ingredients and lesson resources.
- Foster good working relationship with children, parents and colleagues
- Assist in all administrative matters and ensure smooth daily operation of the centre

Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE “N/O” Levels
- Junior Executive/Executive Position
- Has initiative and able to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office software, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently and a team player
- Prior admin experience is preferred
