Job Description: Assistant Finance Manager

Duration: 6 months

Working Hours & Days: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6.15pm)

Location: Harbour Front

**Salary**: Up to $7500 per month

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an Assistant Finance Manager. This is a temporary contract position with a duration of 6 months, offering a competitive salary of up to $7500. The Assistant Finance Manager will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the smooth operation of financial activities and contribute to the overall financial success of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Finance Manager in managing all aspects of the financial operations of the company.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in the preparation of audits.
- Provide support in financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Assist in the management of cash flow, including monitoring and forecasting. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
