**On-the-Job Growth**

**Work Arrangement**

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule and follow-up on internal and external meetings
- Assist in designing SOPs, workflow forms, and KPIs
- Monitor performance metrics
- Enhance asset security and operational control
- Aid in regulatory and banking communications
- Support the Managing Director in varied tasks

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Statistics) with a minimum of 2 years experience.

**Skills**
- Strong computational skills
- Excellent English proficiency
- Pleasant personality with high integrity
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Proficient in Google Workspace and other productivity software
- A knack for learning new tech tools
