Singapore COUNCIL FOR THIRD AGE Full time

**Role**:

- Responsible for content re-purposing and publishing materials e.g. courses, news articles etc. on digital platforms, working closely with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders to ensure content relevance and freshness.
- Facilitate funnel tracking and reporting to support C3A initiatives, programmes, events and campaigns such as:

- Gather all sources of data, identify data sets and data points
- Organise, integrate or create data sources
- Analyse data gathered from multiple database, systems or sources e.g. Data Management System, MailChimp, Website, App, Comms servers etc.
- Share data and generate reports using data visualisation tool
- Drive Data Management System enhancement efforts for improved data harnessing and optimisation
- Supporting lead for NSA Course process, upload and internal training on guidelines.
- Provide SEO and SEM consultancy/ support for digital marketing (e.g. update key words, meta descriptions, create marketing banners to support campaigns).
- Manage admin accounts for key data sources and digital platforms.
- Prepare reports, presentations, data analytics insights and information to management, business development, customers and partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma (with 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience) or Bachelor’s degree in InfoComm Technology or equivalent (with 2 - 4 years related experience) in programming, and/or web development
- Fresh graduates with the relevant qualifications and aptitude may apply
- Knowledge in the following will be an added advantage: HTML, PHP, CSS3
- Familiar with SEO, Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel, Power Point
- Basic coding knowledge in Python and/or R
- Knowledge with relational database systems such as MySQL
- As digital media management will include both English and Chinese languages, ability to read Chinese is important in order to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and counterparts
- Ability to problem solve and work independently as well as in a team in a changing and multi-tasking environment
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, data transformation and digital media/ marketing trends and mechanics
- Good writing and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
