**Responsibilities**
- Act as a strategic and trusted source of truth for immigration issues to internal clients and other companies in the group.
- Being updated on immigration legislation and procedures change to reflect it quickly in internal process and policies.
- Develops and implements immigration reporting, establishing consistent practices that can support to manage the day-to-day service delivery and report to stakeholders
- Keep a constantly communication among others company practices for mobility into the COMPANY group and externally as well.
- Capability to engage stakeholder into immigration policies for good movement.
- Effectively tracking data while leveraging analytics to support process improvements.
- Engage assignees since day one through onboarding sessions and availability to their issues
- Deliver a customer focused approach.
- Implement local initiatives pertaining to immigration.
- Be awareness of business and client needs and timeline to better advise on mobility process

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of hands-on immigration experience
- Understanding of immigration regulations across multiple markets/countries.
- Provide timely advice and support to facilitate compliance with immigration requirements.
- Ability to work at both operational and strategic levels.
- Ability to deal with different stakeholders (finance, taxes, managers and other entities HR)
- Ability to translate complex situations into easy solutions for clear stakeholder understanding.
- Strong customer service orientation.
