Singapore PLATFORM&CO PTE. LTD. Full time

Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and desired outcomes
- Craft tailored ServiceNow solutions leveraging platform capabilities across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, and more to address client needs
- Work closely with sales, delivery, and pricing teams to develop proposals, including solution scope, effort estimations, and architecture overviews
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure seamless handover from presales to project kickoff and provide technical guidance throughout project implementation phase
- Stay updated on ServiceNow product releases, trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer demands

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution technical consulting, preferably at a system integrator or consulting firm
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and multiple product lines (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.)
- Experience delivering high-impact demos, presentations, and technical workshops to senior stakeholders and technical teams
- Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliver tangible value
- Knowledge of ServiceNow licensing, pricing models, and solution packaging
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile delivery methods, and enterprise service management concepts
- Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; additional certifications (CIS in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, etc.) are a strong plus
