Our client is a well-established brand in the Technology Industry and is now looking for a passionate and driven
**Business Development Lead, Artificial Intelligence (AI) **to join their team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build the business for AI quality training, advisory, and assessment.
- Develop a strong partner network comprising industry, academia, standardization, and regulatory organizations.
- Secure pilot customers, and deliver projects as engagement partners.
- Build and maintain the company's internal stakeholders.
- Support the standardization and regulatory activities in AI.
- Collaborate with partner companies and industry players.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- At least 5 years of experience in the industrial sector with a focus on digital technologies.
- At least 3 years of experience in an advisory role, preferably with experience in business development and sales.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills, being able to lead discussions with clients and vendors, and convey complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Relevant work experience as a trainer, training facilitator, or similar role especially in the technology sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to work in international organizations and in multi-cultural teams.
- Outgoing and positive attitude, independent and high level of integrity, willingness to go the extra mile.
- Willingness to travel and to spend extended times at client sides.
- Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written.
