We’re Hiring: Freelance / Part-Time Marketing & TikTok Content Creator

**Monthly Compensation**: $1,000-$1,500
**Remote (Based in Singapore preferred)**

We’re the team behind **Paper Shoot Camera** and **Topl Cup** — two lifestyle brands built to spark creativity and sustainability. Paper Shoot brings back the joy of film photography through digital eco-cameras that make every shot feel nostalgic, while Topl Cup redefines reusable drinkware with smart, leakproof, and NFC-enabled cups designed for modern lifestyles.

We’re a small, passionate team building meaningful brands from the ground up — and we’re looking for a creative, independent content creator to join us and grow our TikTok and social presence across both brands.

Your Mission

You’ll be the go-to creator for all things TikTok — conceptualising, filming, and editing content that turns heads and connects emotionally with our communities. You’ll also support ad hoc marketing efforts, including visuals, copy, and campaign ideation.

We value independence and creativity: you’ll have the freedom to pitch your own ideas, experiment, and shape how people discover and experience our brands online.

What You’ll Do TikTok & Social Media (Main Focus)
- Conceptualise, film, and edit short-form content for **Paper Shoot** and **Topl Cup**’s TikTok and social channels
- Write hooks, captions, and storylines that bring our products and brand stories to life
- Identify and jump on relevant trends, sounds, and formats
- Track performance and share ideas for improving engagement and reach
- Collaborate with the founders on campaign direction and brand storytelling

Marketing Design & Campaign Support
- Create marketing materials such as:

- Posters, flyers, and POS visuals for events and pop-ups
- Product brochures and retail collaterals
- EDMs, social graphics, and newsletters (visual + copy)
- Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with creative ideas

What We’re Looking For
- Experience creating content for TikTok or Reels (personal or brand)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere)
- Eye for design — familiar with Canva
- Understands how to tell a story visually and emotionally
- Up to date with social trends and emerging formats
- Highly independent, organised, and self-driven
- Comfortable working remotely and managing deliverables independently
