**About the Mentor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow mentor on-site 3 days per week to shoot video content (real estate projects, events, lifestyle, and leadership content).
- Spend 2 days per week editing videos trimming, refining, subtitling, adding effects and music.
- Assist with planning and storyboarding for content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and XiaoHongShu.
- Manage and organize media assets for easy access and long-term use.
- Deliver high-quality videos within set timelines.

**Requirements**:

- ITE student in Media, Design & Communication (or related fields).
- Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Passionate about content creation, storytelling, and digital media.
- Responsible, punctual, and independent.
- Owning camera or editing equipment is a bonus, not compulsory.

**Internship Details**
- Commitment: 5 days per week (3 days shooting, 2 days editing).
- Location: [Your Office / Filming Locations / Showflats].
- Allowance: $800 - $1,200/month (depending on skills).
- Duration: 3-6 months (flexible).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
