**Role**:Citi is seeking an experienced professional to join us a hybrid Product Manager and Transformation lead within the Global Spreads Product (GSP) business. The role sits directly within Front Office, working with a variety of internal and external partner organizations to facilitate, prioritize and deliver programs within GSP, incorporating a broad spectrum of deliverables across strategic, tactical and regulatory related enhancements. The role will help lead, coordinate and support the execution of GSP's transformation work, including, but not limited to regulatory Consent Order related activity with a focus on APAC. Product Management sits at the intersection of sales, trading, structuring, capital markets origination and technology and is responsible for implementing process improvements and realizing senior management's vision. Our team oversees a wide array of front office systems including pricing and risk, trade capture, inventory management, origination, securitization, sales dashboards, management reporting, electronic trading and database management. **Background**: Global Spread Products is the primary source of capital for corporations, governments, and non-profits, providing liquidity and innovative solutions globally across the credit, municipal, and securitized markets. **Responsibilities**: - Shape the design of a brand new Technology platforms which will support our APAC business. Work with GSP Desks to understand their challenges and deliver solutions which enhance & improve their workflows. Manage project roadmap and rollout across product areas. - Support the oversight and implementation of multiple transformation projects. - Support the implementation of strategic solutions, processes and new frameworks for the GSP CAO organisation. - Help to deliver Global Solutions which meet reginal APAC requirements covering Pricing, Risk, eTrading, Trade Capture, Deal and Pipeline Management. - Represent GSP on Regional risk and control initiatives. - Help to prioritize and coordinate the GSP Risk IT work slate - Collaborate with our technical Product Developer team members to conduct Data Analysis and design Reporting/Tooling/Dashboards. **Required Skills and Qualifications** - Basic quantitative skills (statistics, bond math, derivatives pricing) is required - 8+ years’ experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders, including technology in capital markets - Knowledge of market risk regulations such as Basel III, FRTB, Volcker Rule - Knowledge of financial services industry, preferably including knowledge of fixed income, credit, and rates related markets and products - Ability to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines with changing priorities - Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with an innate ability to form strong partnerships across multiple groups including Trading, Business Management, Product Control, MQA and Technology - Must have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and inquisitive with an interest in financial markets - Demonstrated ability in managing and delivering complex projects in tight timeframe working with multiple functional groups (Front Office, IT, Product Control, Risk Management, etc) - **Job Family Group**: Product Management and Development - **Job Family**: Product Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
