Lead Engineer assists the Deputy Director/Head to conceptualise, design and deliver ICT case management solutions used by SCDF to enhance SCDF’s case management capability and enhance stakeholders’ experience through the use of science and technology.

**What you will be working on**
- 1. Conduct the solutioning of SCDF Integrated Case Management need
- Perform the Service Journey Mapping to empathise the pain from the ground and appreciate the ground needs
- Perform market sensing and technology exploration to shortlist technologies that address the detailed SCDF Case Management requirements
- Capture SCDF Integrated Case Management detailed business requirements
- Craft out and design the “Artist Impression” of the “To-Be” SCDF Integrated Case Management with wireframes and/or working prototypes to validate with Business Subject Matter Experts(SMEs)

2. Execute the SCDF integrated Case Management implementation
- Call tender for the award and implementation of SCDF Integrated Case Management
- Monitor and track the progress of product implementation
- Validate the end-user experience corresponds to expectations

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or relevant disciplines.

At least 10 years of relevant working experience including the following:

- At least 2 years of experience in Case Management and Low-code Platforms such as PEGA, Appian, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.
- Prior experience serving as a Product Manager.
- Experience in agile delivery methodologies.
- Prior experience in designing wireframes and prototypes based on communicated business requirements from Business users for validation.
- Strong interest in technologies and innovation, including picking up applicable technical skillsets for purpose of execution within the project/product team
- Familiarity with the Home Team environment would be an advantage.
- Meticulous to details and able to process and break-down high-level business requirements to detailed functional requirements and logic understood by technical/development teams
- Can work independently and as a team.
- Has good interpersonal and communications skills for internal/external stakeholder engagement.
- Is willing to take up challenging tasks or new roles to complete the assignments allocated.
- Is receptive to pick up new skillsets relevant to the roles assigned within the project/product team, with hands-on practice.

All new appointees will be appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance.
