Battery Supply Chain Manager

Singapore TES-AMM (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Securing raw materials from battery manufacturers and OEM makers in the APAC region
- Planning of mechanical process project and managing project to complete within schedule and budget.
- Technical evaluation and selection of highly efficient equipment suppliers to secure competitiveness in mechanical processes
- Making plans and strategies for trading and selling internal and external raw materials and by-products of mechanical plant in the APAC
- Planning process improvement of chemical process and cooperation with external research institutes
- Assisting top management to decide project and reviewing feasibility study report.
- Creating and communicating a clear strategic vision for the business.
- Working through conflict to get win-win results.
- Lead the activities of the strategy team on competitive market research.
- Effectively managing a team of strategy analysts and creating an environment that is conducive to teamwork, innovation and objectivity, which motivates a highly competent, driven and productive team.

**Job Requirements**:

- Understanding of battery recycling technology and ability to improve processes to increase efficiency.
- Understanding of market structure and transaction conditions for procurement of raw materials and product sales and ability to negotiate with customers.
- Ability to make a feasibility study report to determine whether to invest in a project

**Highly Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution majoring in Chemical engineering, marketing, economics or a related field is preferred.
- At least 10 years working experience in project engineering, strategy planning and/or development positions, preferably in a fast paced and dynamic business environment.
- A proven track record in evaluating growth strategies and speaking with senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with networking aptitude.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

**Good to have**:

- Experience of e-waste or battery recycling industry.
- Take initiates and able to motivate team members for improvement.
