**Responsibilities**
- Source leads for potential corporate partners, and be responsible for negotiating and closing corporate partnership, including but not limited to companies in the internet, retail or financial industry
- Through organizing various offline events such as online webinars or offline seminars to educate and effectively acquire corporate employees
- Help manage and train a team of moomoo offline sales and drive user acquisition and retention through cooperate events or corporate roadshow activations
- Design effective incentive schemes and execute proper sales process management to ensure high team morale and sharp sales skills
- Run proper training program to ensure all sales team are well-accustomed to moomoo’s platform and product suite, marketing campaign mechanics, and adherence to compliance requirements
- Participate in company's marketing campaigns, provide trustworthy feedback, and collaborate closely with internal teams to meet and exceed the company sales goals

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 years of related working experience as a sales lead and managing a team of offline sales
- Familiar with corporate sales and customer engagement with corporate employees, and great with verbal communication
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skill
- Familiar with financial products and services, and familiar with FS compliance requirements
- English speaking fluency is a must, Chinese speaking fluency is a plus
