Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced **QA/QC Manager **to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the build and delivery of a range of projects.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

**General**
- Reporting to the Snr. Project Manager.
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance and Control Plan and Procedures.
- Conduct Quality Assurance Training and Audits.
- Monitoring the project works and update performance matrices and status reports.
- Review and approval of Contractors’ Quality Plan, Procedures, Inspection Test Plans, Method Statements, Material.
- Conduct QA/QC meetings and issue meeting minutes.
- Liaise with client in relation to Quality on Project Specific.
- Review and approval of Test Packages.
- Administration of Quality Observations and Non-Conformity reports.
- Carry out inspections on site and at fabrication yards to ensure compliance to specifications.

**Desired Capabilities**:

- Strong understanding and familiarity with codes & regulations.
- Planning, organising and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively on tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal, organizational and facilitation skills to maintain good relationships with key stakeholders.

**Education & Experience**:

- Familiar with API, ASME, ANSI, NACE, Singapore Codes and Standards.
- Valid Welding Inspectors Certificates (AWS or CSWIP).
- Min. 12 years of experience in project management or EPCm firm.
- Experience in life sciences industry will be beneficial but is not a pre-requisite.
- Experience on large-scale Greenfield developments and working with multi-cultural international teams.
