Support the daily operations within the HR department. Assist in the payroll, staff benefits and training matters and follow up on staff welfare matters such as medical claims, medical insurance and work injury compensation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in collating supporting documents for monthly payroll processing purposes.
- Monitoring of the renewal of nurses and allied health professionals' practising certificates.
- Administer employees’ personal records and updating of personal data in the HRIS system.
- Generate monthly HR reports, submit manpower and salary surveys based on statutory requirements.
- Monitoring of staff anniversary salary adjustment, expiry and renewal of employment contract, work passes and passport, etc.
- Work with department managers to develop training programs for onboarding and new staff orientation.
- Perform necessary coordination and back-end administration works involving areas such as training requisitions, course registrations, certifications, feedback and evaluations.
- Maintain training records and prepare training reports as and when is required.
- Liaise with various training institutions or government authorities on training funding.
- Monitor and follow up on submission of medical insurance claims for staff with insurance company.
- Responsible for staffs' claims such as medical and dental.
- Undertake any other HR functions or ad-hoc projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 3 months contract, possible to convert to full-time employment.
- Immediate vacancy in Punggol area.
- Diploma / Certificate in HR or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience preferred.
- Meticulous, organized & able to multi-task.
- Friendly team player with strong interpersonal & communications skills.
