**Business Analyst - E-commerce/Retail**:
**Description**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- This job involves managing and owning our online shopping platform, as well as making sure it works with other digital systems we use.
- You must work closely with different teams to ensure our online shopping platform meets deadlines and requirements.
- You'll also need to work with IT consultants and other product owners to make sure everything works together smoothly.
- You'll be responsible for prioritizing and managing the backlog of features and improvements for our online shopping platform, as well as evaluating requests from different markets.
- You'll need to understand the different markets we operate in and make sure our online shopping platform meets their needs.
- Additionally, you'll need to provide support and updates to markets and distributors on using our digital systems for their retail business.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in an associated area
- 3+ years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders across various business units.
- You need to be able to manage and prioritize your work effectively, even when handling multiple projects running simultaneously.
- You should have strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills, as well as a keen eye for business.
- You must be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms and be comfortable presenting to senior audiences.
- Having work experience in e-commerce/retail and familiarity with Agile/Scaled Agile working methodology is preferred.
- You should be a highly motivated independent worker who takes responsibility for actions/outcomes and wants to be held accountable for successes and failures.
- This job may require travel, so you should be prepared to work in an international and intercultural context, and multilingual abilities would be an added advantage.
