**The Company**

Our client is a prominent player in fund management and developing property solutions in the logistics sector across the region. It has formed a joint venture with a leading property developer in the region to venture into the creation of development funds within the Industrial & Logistics sector.

**The Role**

Reporting to Fund/Investment Manager, you will support the manager in evaluating, structuring, executing, and managing investments.
- Responsible for building and/or reviewing financial models and financial analysis.
- Preparation of approval papers for investment proposals, including market research, deal structuring, business case analysis, financial analysis, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment.
- Execution and management of investment deals, including conducting appropriate due diligence.
- Liaising with various functions within the joint venture as part of the fund management scope, including with development, leasing, finance, and asset management teams.
- Participate in capital raising for existing and future funds including drafting and preparation of prospectus, information memorandum and responses to investors' Q&A / due diligence.
- Assist the Fund / Investment Manager in drafting periodic reports to investors and relevant regulators.
- Monitoring of investment performance and ensuring compliance with investment standards and regulatory requirements.Research and monitoring of market trends, competitors, risks, and other relevant areas relating to existing and future investments / funds.

**Your Profile**
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in fund management, real estate investment and corporate finance is preferred.
- Proficiency in financial modelling.
- Organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous and able to work independently with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification in Real Estate, Accounting or Finance is an added advantage.
