**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our private fund management team. The Analyst will assist senior analysts and portfolio managers (PMs) in conducting fundamental equity research to identify investment opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth research into industry trends and company fundamentals.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and colleagues to perform investment research and analysis.
- Visit both listed and private companies to gather relevant data for analysis.
- Build and maintain financial and valuation models for potential investments.
- Assist the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), PMs, and senior analysts in coordinating research projects and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Support various administrative tasks such as attending investor meetings and preparing reports.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (CFA certification preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in equity research, stock analysis, or investment recommendations.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and a passion for investment.
- Proven track record of academic and professional excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to make presentations.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese is required (business-level fluency for preparing reports and communicating with stakeholders).
