Business and HR Administrator

We are looking for a business executive that can administer the business operations.
You must have the skills for business operations such as ( accounts, HR, Administration) associate who not only has the skills and You are also keen to participate to monitor, grow and execute sales generating projects.
You have experience as a child with a family business ventures and understand the overall inflow / outflow of the business dynamics. You are patient and able to keep to long term goals without wavering. You are analytical and able to excute, multi-task and is dynamic and vigilant to opportunities ahead. You are helpful and supportive to creative team. You love to do administration of all business matters and governmental portal. You are familar with portals for governmental admin such as ACRA, CPF, WSG, MOM, IRAS, MinLaw, ESG, Business Grants, Licensing etc.
- Weekly team performances and goals.
- Compiling monthly sales performance data,monthly Commissions Data ,Quarterly performance and other marketing data
Operations
- Participate in Sales & Customer activities
- Ops Coordinator & Training
- Customer Orders Fulfilment ( Logistics & Delivery)
- Customer Database Management Admin
- Compliance Officer
- Administration of Company Data and rights
- Basic Book Keeping and Finance
HR
- Onboarding and Training
- Roles and Review
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 15 per week
