As Program Manager for Emerging Risks on the Livestream Team, you will work closely with several teams such as Policy, Product, Legal, Operations and Engineering to identify risky trends early and develop the feature strategy and solution for our Livestream Feature. Not only will you be hands-on in dealing with escalations, you will also be involved in providing expert insights and strategic advise on product roadmap, enforcement and policy.

What will I be doing?
1. Work closely with cross-functional partners, such as product management, content policy data analytics, operations, engineering and algorithm, to develop processes and workflows that identify and assess potential risky trends on Livestream;
2. Analyze data, escalations, and Livestream content to draw conclusions on root-causes, quantify impact of required changes, and define and implement mitigation steps to reduce the exposure of risky trends;
3. Provide deep understanding and insights into the product and enforcement requirements on the Livestream Feature, to help to build the Livestream feature strategy, roadmap and 3rd party stakeholder relationships for addressing the specific issue on a global scale;
4. Own and manage the communication plan for risks and solutions related to the trend or escalation.

What should I bring with me?
1. 4+ years of total working experience with 2+ years in trust and safety;
2. Experience of managing and coordinating large-scale projects, programs or products, working closely with product and policy teams as well as other partner teams to guarantee effective execution of product plans;
3. Highly up-to-date and in tune with emerging online safety issues, with keen intuition on creating solutions and preventive measures for tackling them;
4. Highly data-sensitive, capable of in-depth data interpretation.

**Even better if**:
1. You have experience with Livestream or User-generated Content platform;
2. You have high proficiency in SQL and have hands-on experience using it to produce data insights.
