Sustainability Platform Manager

We are looking for a Transactional Platform Manager for our new Sustainability Prioritization Index COSIRI.
The International Centre for Industrial Transformation (INCIT) is an International Organization focused on global thought leadership and innovation in global manufacturing transformation. We building up a transactional platforms to collect ESG data and generate analytics for micro and macro-economic views INCIT, we are going to develop multiple transactional IT-platforms.
One of them, COSIRI Platform Manager managing the expansion of the Consumer Sustainability Readiness Index (COSIRI), the world’s first quantitative framework to evaluate and benchmark sustainable manufacturing facilities as companies embark on their sustainability transformation journey. You will be among the pioneers hired to spearhead this new start-up, responsible for co-creating the future of sustainability. In future also with different transactional platform segments covering industrial problems worldwide.
In the first stag we are looking for the Director Training and portfolio Development (short term - that is up the person taking over job how quick he/she can catch up) and move medium term to Vice President COSIRI Platform Manager
We are looking for a creative person who makes things happen.
You should demonstrate analytical skills, an eye for how in detail the processes in the platform interact, and the ability to think in process design, Create a 100 percent digital fit rate for the transactional COSIRI platforms (means no manual intervention). Most importantly, you should have great passion for what you do, with the drive to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.
Titel: Director Training and Portfolio Management (Short term)
Being the COSIRI Training Designer and Train-the-Trainer are two distinct but related roles within the training and portfolio development field.
Training Designer:
As Training Designer you are responsible for designing and developing COSIRI training programs for an organization. Key responsibilities for a Training Designer include:
Needs Analysis: Conducting a needs analysis to identify the training needs of the organization and its employees.
Course Design: Designing training programs that meet the identified needs, using a variety of instructional methods and materials.
Content Development: Developing training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and assessments, that support the objectives of the training program.
Program Evaluation: Evaluating the effectiveness of the training program and making improvements as necessary.
To be successful in this role, a COSIRI Training Designer should have a solid understanding of adult learning principles and experience designing and delivering training programs. They should also have strong project management and communication skills.

COSIRI Train-the-Trainer:
COSIRI Train-the-Trainer is responsible for delivering training programs and training other trainers to deliver those programs. Key responsibilities for a Train-the-Trainer include:
Delivery: Delivering training programs to employees, ensuring that objectives are met and that participants are engaged and motivated.
Trainer Development: Training other trainers to deliver the training programs, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to be successful.
Facilitation: Facilitating discussions and activities during training programs, encouraging participants to share their experiences and perspectives.
Evaluation: Evaluating the effectiveness of the training program and making improvements as necessary.
Mentorship: Providing mentorship and support to other trainers, helping them to improve their skills and develop as trainers.
To be successful in this role, a Train-the-Trainer should have a solid understanding of adult learning principles and experience delivering training programs. They should also have strong facilitation and coaching skills and the ability to build relationships with others.
After fulfilling the short term targets you will be responsible for designing and develop further the COSIRI Global Innovation Platform, based on customer feedback and future requirements.

As you are the first person taking over and forming the role we looking for some cross functional expertise of the following functions:
**Data Scientist**:Data scientists work with large amounts of data generated by the COSIRI platform, using statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to gain insights that can inform business decisions and improve the user experience.
**Product Manager**:Product managers are responsible for defining and delivering the features and capabilities of the COSIRI platform. They work closely with software engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to prioritize features, define requirements, and ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget.
