This role is part of the LTS Growth Marketing team in APAC, whose focus is reaching our customers at scale by designing best-in-class campaigns.

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to generate new business for LinkedIn Talent Solutions in the APAC region, with a focus on our Talent product lines. Partnering closely with Sales, Sales Development and our Regional and Global Marketing teams, you will need to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution to own a broad range of initiatives across demand generation. Your success will be defined by your ability to develop thoughtful and impactful programs to generate interest from key decision makers. Besides bringing deep expertise in demand generation, you will need to prioritize objectives, manage relationships with marketing, sales and sales development partners, and leverage key insights to drive awareness and demand with our Learning & Development and Hiring audiences.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner closely with key stakeholders across Sales, Sales Development, and Field Marketing to plan execute and monitor our funnel performances and ensure we are consistently fuelling the pipeline
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams on campaign localization for priority markets
- Manage big and complex projects, building APAC foundations for Web and SEO in line with strategic objectives and budget accountability
- Continually measure, monitor and drive improvement in program approaches; employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency
- Present regularly on program performance and learnings to Sales and Marketing stakeholders
- Manage a talented team of marketers, grow and develop them further through coaching

**Qualifications**:
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B or technology marketing experience
- 3+ years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a related field
- Experience with demand generation programs and managing pipeline in coordination with Sales Development and Sales
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate data-driven recommendations simply and effectively
- Experience working with Sales teams, as well as creative and marketing organizations. Direct Sales experience or prior roles working closely with Sales leadership is a bonus
- Proven ability to collaborate strongly, develop deep relationships with colleagues and influence functional teams to deliver on goals
- Proven leadership skills, self-starter with hands-on approach
- Ability to successfully prioritize, balance multiple projects, and manage complex workstreams while consistently delivering results
- Scrappy, ‘team player’ mentality, with a strong ability and interest in both thinking strategically and living in the details of execution
- Passion for SaaS solutions, software, tech or B2B Internet product
