Airwallex is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team to help drive growth in the Singapore SME market.

This position demands digital marketing expertise. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will not only be required to think on a strategic level with the marketing team but also be hands-on in driving and executing growth initiatives.

You’ll work closely with sales, partnership and strategy teammates, and will report to the Growth Marketing Lead.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and lead our growth marketing campaigns in Singapore with internal and external stakeholders to drive business user acquisition
- Prepare, manage and optimize online and offline campaigns across channels (social media, SEO, search, display, retargeting)
- Support the development and execution of partnership and lead nurturing campaigns
- Manage and grow our network of external vendors to scale the growth strategy

- You have the ability to synthesize and communicate in a simple but effective manner

**What you will bring**:

- 4+ years B2B lead generation experience within a startup, known brand, or digital marketing agency
- Track record of using paid and organic channels to deliver stretching growth targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and quick learner
- Great attention to detail and an ability to work to tight deadlines
