As the Boustead Geospatial Group’s **Senior Media & Communications Advisor **- you will be responsible for the execution of media and award program strategies for the premium brands of Esri Singapore, Esri Australia, Esri Indonesia and Esri Malaysia.

This is a hands-on role that will see you working with and learning from award winning PR and _‘growth hacker’ _marketing professionals.

**Role and responsibilities
Reporting to the Brand & Communication Manager, you are tasked with overseeing the group’s diverse media and awards program which includes:

- Sourcing story angles, developing pitches and personally writing media releases and agency briefs;
- Collaborating with and managing the budgets and MROI reporting for a number of PR agencies across the region;
- Growing media and industry networks to enhance coverage;
- Supporting media partnerships - for major brand initiatives;
- Overseeing all aspects of our industry awards program including scoping, preparing award nominations, setting and managing budgets and amplifying award wins;
- Coaching a junior team member who will work with you as a support.

**Qualifications and experience
To be considered for this opportunity you must have:

- A solid practical knowledge of the media landscapes across Asia and Australia;
- A relevant tertiary qualification and a minimum of three years’ experience working as part of an in-house media/corporate affairs team;
- Excellent writing skills with a strong attention to detail, and a high-level of grammer, editing and proof reading skills;
- A background in B2B and/or the tech industry;
- A proven track record of delivering successful media campaigns;
- Experience in working with a PR agency;
- A willingness to work outside of standard hours as required for media opportunities, and have the ability to travel interstate, if required.
