- Position Title**:Supply Chain Manager/ Purchasing Manager**:

- Working Location: Tuas (5 mins walk from Tuas Crescent MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon -Fri, 8.30 am - 5.45 pm)
- Salary Package**: Up to $9000 + $100 (Transport Allowance) +AWS + Performance Bonus**:

- Duration: Full Time/ Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.
- To negotiate with Suppliers and ensure that they meet on-time delivery, cost reduction, delivery, service and overall “Value” to the company with a strategic mindset.
- Identify and resolve potential issues, resolutions and opportunities.
- To guide and ensure that all team members are well versed on procurement policies and supply chain procedures including logistics and warehousing.
- To negotiate contracts and rates, and overall value generation with shipping lines, freight forwarders, brokers and 3rd party logistic service providers.
- To conduct monthly capacity and performance analysis and provide forecasts and schedules to production that are aligned with customer requirements.
- To conduct weekly/monthly Inventory reports to provide stakeholders with actionable data and insights regarding stock levels, inventory turns, risks involved like obsolescence, supply-demand and shelf-life.
- To promote and implement cost reduction program through continuous improvement and measure its effectiveness on departmental activities.
- To provide weekly/monthly Shipment reports, PPV to stakeholders and ensure shipment on time based on customer demands and provide pro-active solutions to close gaps.
- To manage labour costs, personnel growth and productivity, ensure acceptable inventory levels, system data accuracy and stocking strategies.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

- With 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Lean Management with proven records in cost savings.
