**Key Responsibilities**
- Help with handling incoming and outgoing payments, including sending bills, processing payments, and checking that figures line up.
- Talk to customers and suppliers about any billing or payment issues.
- Send out Statements of Account (SOA) and ask for payments.
- Add new customer and supplier details in the SAP system.
- Prepare and deal with payments, claims for expenses, and other money-related paperwork.
- Work on matching bank records with our accounts and solve any issues to guarantee our finances are reported correctly.
- Assist our accountant with end-of-month tasks like putting together journal entries and financial summaries.
- Help get things ready for audits and give auditors a hand when needed.
- Handle monthly payroll and CPF submissions.
- Make sure all details are correctly put into the HR software (Times Software).
- Take care of renewing work passes for employees.
- Keep employee records and HR files up to date, following ISO standards.
- Offer general admin help, like sorting papers, managing daily office needs, and filing.
- Keep important office records, like ISO documents, current.
- Communicate with outside service providers on matters like office upkeep.
- Answer phone calls.
