**_JOB DESCRIPTION_**
DAILY
- Recording of daily collections for all mode of payment (Cheque/Cash/VISA/NETS/GIRO etc. in excel
- To photocopy daily cheques and do filling
- To bank-in daily for all cheques and cash received
- Assist Senior in preparation of credit control documents (e.g., reminder letter scanning & obtaining signatory)
WEEKLY
- To assist & compile accurate weekly collection report to marketing department on every Monday (cross check with daily bank recon), will be finalised by Senior
MONTHLY
**_A) _**_PROCESS_**
- To check and tally Cash Sales and prepare Cash Sales Summary (By 2nd of each month)
- To check pdf invoices and credit notes in NAS against sales listing summary
- To check and submit updated Master List for change of Marketing Code (By 5th of each month)
**_B) _**_REPORTS_**
- To provide SOA to local & overseas clients and upon marketing request
- Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by Senior from time to time
**_JOB REQUIREMENT_**
- ITE Holders
- At least 1 - 3 years’ experience in Accounts Department
- Added advantage for those with experience in healthcare industry
- Basic Excel knowledge is essential
**_OTHER REQUIREMENT _**
- Must comply with our current SOP & protocol in place
- Proactive & positive working attitude
- High Team spirit - Must work well in a team
**Monday to Friday: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week
**Salary**: $9.50 - $12.50 per hour
