**The Role**

With the rapid growth and an enhanced focus on customer success in the Asia market, we are also keenly expanding our marketing strength in this region. We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Marketing Director to lead the marketing strategy and team for Veeva’s Development Cloud solutions in Asia, including China, Japan, and the rest of APAC. This role requires excellent marketing planning and execution capabilities. You will oversee developing and executing integrated marketing plans and account-based marketing programs aligned with pipeline goals. You will work closely with Business leaders, sales, market strategists, and customer success teams in a fast-paced and rapidly growing market, ensuring cross-team solid collaboration.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead Asia marketing team and support them in creating go-to-market plans, strategies, and content to establish Veeva as a Market leader in Asia
- Closely working with the global and regional team and developing key countries and Asia-level thought leadership.
- Build Veeva’s corporate brand in the life science industry for customers as well as attract talent
- Customer success across Veeva User communities, including Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Safety across domestic and MNC customers in Asia
- Lead and manage a team of high-performing marketers in each region of Asia

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience with enterprise software companies in marketing
- 3+ years of Asia regional leadership role incl. Japan or China
- Consistent track record of building productive and collaborative cross-functional relationships
- Strategic thinker and problem solver with a broad understanding of business strategy
- Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a positive attitude

**Nice to Have**
- Fluent in any other 3rd language is a plus(Chinese, Japanese and Korean)
- Life sciences industry experience is a plus
