**Duties**:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-level administrative support to the Customer Experience Directorate (CXD) management and staff, and acting as a liaison to external contacts.
Duties performed:
- Serving as the primary CXD management point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating executive outreach and external relations efforts.
- Arranging complex and detailed calendars, travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for Leadership in the organization.
- Drafting reports, responses to inquiries/tasks, award citations, and prepares oral and written communications.
- Developing, devising, and analyzing internal administrative policies, procedures, procedures, and processes of the Customer Experience Directorate (CXD).
- Analyzing operational trends and compiling data for top level managers.
- Scheduling and preparing briefing materials for high level meetings.
- Managing and maintaining the calendar engagements of the Customer Experience Directorate (CXD).

- Permanent Change of Duty Station (PCS) Expenses will not be paid.
- **Promotion Potential**: This position is at the full performance level.
- **Travel**: Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft.
- **Irregular Duty Hours**: The employee may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays and/or overtime, and/or 24/7 shift schedules, and/or on-call and standby duty status.
- **Alternate Duty Location**: Work may require relocation to an alternate work site for various lengths of time to meet operational requirements.
- **Shift Work**: May be required to work in shifts on a rotational basis in support of 24 hour operations.
**Qualifications**:
**Specialized Experience**:
**GS-12**: Applicant must demonstrate one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-11 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing the following duties:
- Negotiating and coordinating executive meetings to interact with external and internal management officials; **and**
- Planning and organizing studies or projects that improve organizational operations and efficiency; **and**
- Communicating with senior officials and Executives from other organizations; **and**
- Leading and improving administrative operations within an organization.
