Essential Job Functions
- Provide people advisory to business leaders to achieve business unit’s strategic objectives.
- Leverage on people agenda to help business build capability.
- Work closely with business leaders in manpower planning, developing, and tracking employee headcount and employee cost budget.
- Identify and develop people strategies and programs to support business needs and drive business performance.
- Provide guidance and advice to line managers on managing employee performance and development improvement processes.
- Lead employee relations investigations in partnership with the HR Leader, HR Managers and/or Legal to minimize risk to the company
- Support our annual performance management process, bonus, and merit
- Participate actively in ad-hoc HR projects.
