**Job Responsibilities:
1. Summarize the group's financial data and various management reports;
2. Multi-dimensionally design financial analysis templates and issue multi-dimensional financial analysis reports;
3. Analyze the group's financial status, operating conditions, and contract execution;
4. Deeply understand the business through data, use data to deeply mine business problems and pain points, and provide sufficient financial analysis support for business line and operation management decisions;
5. Track the budget implementation of each business line, integrate into business scenarios, analyze differences, understand the reasons, and put forward suggestions;
6. To meet the needs of various business lines of the group, provide relevant data and materials in a timely manner.

**Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mathematics, statistics, accounting, finance, etc.;
2. More than 3 years of work experience, with a background in data analysis and financial analysis, familiar with the management of financial reports, report items, financial indicators, and financial models, with logical analysis capabilities and financial analysis thinking, able to analyze data and reports by analyzing system logic question;
3. Good communication and expression skills in both Chinese and English, good at teamwork and organization and coordination, rich in cross-team and departmental project resource integration capabilities, and able to carry out projects independently.

4. Proficient in using Excel/Power BI/SQL/Word/PPT, etc., familiar with common data statistics and analysis methods, and have experience in data model building.
