Singapore BOC Aviation Full time

**Main Responsibilities**:
Financial analysis
- Formulate and deliver financial analysis on scenario planning for assessed actual, budgeting and forecasting.
- Track actual vs assessed actual, budget and forecasts, analyse variances and provide early warnings on deviations.
- Prepare medium and long-range forecasts for BOC Aviation Group and operating subsidiaries.

Monitoring of Financial KPIs/metrics
- Analyse key performance indicators including areas of revenue, cost, capital expenditures, and financial metrics.
- Highlight trends and analyse causes of unexpected variance. Identify in advance potential gaps and surface issues for management discussions.
- Prepare presentations and reporting to senior management on financial performance, capital structure, portfolio optimization and strategic growth initiatives.

Financial modelling
- Support SVP of Portfolio Strategy with detailed profitability analysis of lease assets
- Assist in developing long-term forecast and financial models.
- Develop new models to test product innovation concepts.
- Provide timely decision support through value-added analysis, and modeling.

EPM project
- Support the implementation of the Anaplan EPM system with regards to cross-functional process improvements.
- Devise and advise on future opportunities to expand the deployment of the EPM system.

Market Analysis
- Conduct analyses of competitors, related business sectors and emerging technologies.
- Actively monitor macroeconomic, global capital markets and competitive lessor activity for risks and opportunities for the Group.

Assessed Actual
- Support the regular and ad hoc preparation of assessed actual profit, cash flows and balance sheet of BOC Aviation Group and the operating subsidiaries.

Annual Budgets
- Work with respective HODs to prepare BOC Aviation Group’s annual budgets.

Others
- Provide insightful analysis to senior management on scenario modeling and “what if” analysis on a proactive and ad-hoc basis.
- Ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of post-professional qualification experience in Corporate Finance or in a FP&A role with experience in an MNC.
- Strong working knowledge, skills and proven track record in financial modeling and data-driven quantitative analysis.
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to think creatively and highly analytical.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills
- Highly driven and able to perform under pressure.
