**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage programs/projects end-to-end that interfaces with multiple geographical and functional leads including Commercial, Technology, Branding, Communications, HR, Finance, Legal, Culture, etc.
- Work with function stakeholders to lead and drive projects that enable business improvement and transformation
- Creates and executes program/project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Act as point of contact between different departments within the company and relevant third parties.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimises our exposure and risk on project.
- Keeps Sponsors, Stakeholders and Sub-Teams well informed of changes within the organisation and general corporate news.
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to senior management.
- Delivers engaging, informative, well-organised presentations.
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

**Required Skills**:

- Project/program management experience in consulting firms or leading corporations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of general business processes and organisational framework, such as goals, strategy, culture and structure.
- Ability to effectively manage diverse management and business stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Experience Level: Over 5 years
- Minimum English Level: Native
- Minimum Chinese (Mandarin) Level: Business Level
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Math, Science or Finance.
