**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy Development and Execution**:Design and implement SEO strategies to maintain and improve search engine rankings, with an emphasis on converting visitors into new customers.
- **Technical SEO and 301 Redirects**:Administer 301 redirects for site reconfigurations, content migration, or URL modifications to safeguard and boost SEO value. Address any arising issues promptly.
- **Link-Building Expertise**:Execute link-building campaigns to enhance the site's domain authority and SERP standings, pinpointing high-quality backlink opportunities and overseeing outreach endeavors.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization**:Employ SEO and CRO tactics to amplify the frequency of visitor actions on the website, underpinned by extensive A/B testing and user experience optimizations.
- **Performance Ownership**:Directly manage performance metrics associated with SEO and the acquisition of new customers, conducting regular analyses and reporting on strategy effectiveness.
- **Growth Strategy and Milestone Planning**:Establish a clear growth strategy with defined milestones, charting a course for the website's SEO evolution within a set timeline.
- **Transactional Content Optimization**:Focus on optimizing and ranking bottom-funnel, transactional content that directly contributes to sales and revenue growth.

**Bonus Good-to-Have Skills**:

- **Web Design for SEO and CRO**:Expertise in web design services tailored for landing pages, enhancing the overall SEO strategy and improving conversion rate optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- A proven history of developing and executing winning SEO strategies.
- A track record of enhancing SEO performance for substantial web properties, evidenced by increased organic search traffic, improved SERP rankings, and fulfillment of SEO-related KPIs.
- Demonstrated capability to devise and implement overarching SEO strategies that align with corporate objectives and deliver tangible results.
- In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, encompassing on-page, off-page, local SEO, and site architecture.
- Proficiency in utilizing SEO and analytics tools for data analysis and strategic decision-making.

**Additional Note**:

- Given that our website prominently features Chinese content, proficiency in reading Chinese is a significant advantage for this role. We place a high value on insights specific to our Chinese content and audience.
