**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Coordination**:Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with the interior design team to understand project requirements and provide necessary support.
Facilitate effective communication among team members, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals.
- **Client Interaction**:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and responsiveness.
- **Budget Management**:Collaborate with the design team to establish project budgets and monitor expenditures.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage changes to scope while maintaining financial objectives.
- **Contractor and Vendor Management**:Source, select, and manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
Ensure that all external partners adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
- **Quality Assurance**:Conduct regular site visits to ensure the quality and accuracy of work being performed.
Implement and enforce design standards to uphold project integrity.
- **Risk Management**:Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budget.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the interior design industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and interior design principles.
