Singapore 3-LINK ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities - RTO**
- Monitor contractor’s daily works schedule, quality of materials used and workmanship.
- Review and check all drawings, specifications, and ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings/approved shop drawings.
- Carry out construction supervision services and report site progress to Consultant and Employer.
- Ensure contractor’s construction safety, environmental and Covid-19 safe management compliances.
- Coordination of works services on site.
- Highlight any discrepancies and non-conformances/irregularities to Consultant and Employer.
- Carry out any other duties assigned related to the project.

**Requirements**:

- **RTO**:

- Min Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES
- Have at least 5 year of RTO related work experiences preferably in landed property projects.
- Experience in checking of structural works, architectural interfacing and detailings, and Mechanical & Electrical services interfacing schedules with builder’s works.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports
- Independent, good site documentation and good team player.

Qualification : Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree

Minimum Years of Experience as RTO: 5 year.s

Job Type :Full-Time on site.

Job location: Landed housing in Bukit Timah’s areas.

Working hours: 5 and ½ days work week.
