**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the business development strategy for Asia Pacific, with a primary focus on China.
- Build and manage a network of distributors and partners in target markets.
- Identify and secure new sourcing opportunities to strengthen supply capabilities.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Recruit, train, and manage a regional business development team over time.
- Collaborate closely with the senior management team on long-term strategy and operational planning.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business development or strategic sales.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of distribution networks, international sourcing, and market entry strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- **Fluent in English and Mandarin**; proficiency in other languages (e.g., Bahasa, Japanese, Korean) will be a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently, especially to China and other Asia Pacific markets.
- Bachelor’s degree required; **Master’s degree preferred**in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
