As a member of our Global Benefits & Leaves Team, the APAC Benefits Specialist will help support benefit, retirement, perk and leave programs that align with our Talent mission and Total Rewards principles to help build an environment where the world’s most talented employees can thrive.

**Your Main Responsibilities Include**:

- Providing analytical support on our benefit, perk and retirement plans
- Assisting with annual insurance renewals and open enrollments within the region
- Serving as the escalated point of contact for employees for APAC benefit inquiries
- Supporting plan implementation and changes
- Responsible for ongoing gap analysis and market research, as needed, to analyze program effectiveness and trends
- Working with internal teams on process automation and/or technology projects as needed
- Being involved in team projects and ad-hoc tasks as they arise

**Qualifications**:
**You are**:

- Experienced (5+ years) in insured benefits, perks and administration
- Able to thrive in an ambiguous, chaotic environment
- Data informed and a master at crunching numbers to help inform great decisions
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional team in a digital environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage projects with mínimal guidance
- Highly detail oriented
- A strong communicator with an ability to explain complex ideas using simple terms
- Able to deliver benefit programs across different geographies, time zones and country practices
