You will be specialized in group and community intervention/training focusing on supporting/empowering individual and family affected by domestic violence, newly released inmates in their rehabilitation and reintegration journey. You will also be expected to partner closely with prison and stakeholders. DESIGNATION : Social Worker - Brotherhood Programme RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Drive groupwork and training both in the community and prison - Provide rehabilitation/family program to men who caused hurt to their family - Program design and evaluation - Casework and counselling intervention Other Information - Fresh graduate is welcome - Growth Mindset - Interest to support individual and family facing domestic violence - Passion and commitment to support family to break the cycle of intergenerational transmission of domestic violence - Program design and evaluation - Able to build and leverage on effective relationships with stakeholders. - Collaborative yet able to work independently - Creative, resourceful, flexible thinker - Opportunity to attend relevant training (Groupwork and family violence) QUALIFICATIONS **Qualifications**: - Minimum Bachelor or Post Graduate Qualifications in Social Work OTHER INFORMATION Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9am-6pm) May occasionally need to work on weekends, the organisation will provide you with a day off on another day ("off in lieu") to make up for the weekend work.
