Technical Support Engineer

**Job Title**:Technical Support Engineer (L1 or L2)
**Location**:Singapore
**Salary Range**:SGD 3,000 - SGD 5,000 (commensurate with experience)
**Employment Type**:Full-Time
**About the Company**:
Our client is a well-established IT Solutions provider with offices in both Singapore and Malaysia, known for delivering reliable enterprise IT support services. As part of their expansion plans, they are looking for a **Technical Support Engineer (Level 1 or Level 2)**to join their Singapore team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide first-level or second-level IT support to clients on hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Monitor systems and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple environments.
- Document support issues, resolutions, and processes in internal systems.
- Assist in IT project implementation and support system upgrades.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors while maintaining ownership of the ticket.
- Ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to SLA timelines.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role (L1 or L2).
- Strong technical knowledge in Microsoft OS, Office 365, network troubleshooting, VPNs, and endpoint support.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, TeamViewer).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred**to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- **This role is open to Singaporeans and PRs only.**
