**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for planning, building and supporting our workplace endpoint infrastructure strategy, including implementation of continuous endpoint engineering, and act as the liaison to other teams and vendors.
- Application Packaging: create packages and task sequences for Windows 10 clients and support users with testing of packages before the deployment.
- System Management: distribution and deployment of software for the devices in scope and assess any impact to other software products being utilized. Responsible for client OS patch management, global asset/inventory management, perform lifecycle planning and execution and regular reporting.
- Level 3 Support: provide level 3 comprehensive support to incidents which are escalated, including PC performance issues, DirectAccess issues, Admin Right issues, Windows 10 related issues and configuration issues, SCCM deployment issues, GPO and browser extensions.
- Workplace Security Support: ensure all solutions comply to corporate security policies and standards (including encryption, anti-virus, GPOs) and ensure proper monitoring.
- Monitor, maintain and keep up to date the SCCM/MECM and Intune infrastructure, and ensure readiness for future growth.
- Office 365 Support: maintain and develop the Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, license planning, Teams, OneDrive
- Technical deployment of physical workplace solutions, including secure printing, handheld scanners, meeting room solutions like Logitech TMR, Surface Hubs
- Desktop analytics to provide insight and intelligence on the update readiness of Windows 10 clients
- Analyze, resolve and document modifications to the operating system in resolution of system malfunction
- Prepare and maintain knowledge articles and wiki’s, conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and training within infrastructure & operations team.
- Carry out activities to complete the disaster recovery plans for the endpoint infrastructure.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Exchange Online Support Engineer Specialty or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the design, build and support of a workplace and endpoint infrastructure
- Strong working knowledge of the following:

- Microsoft end-user management stack (Intune, Configuration Manager, Co-management, Desktops Analytics, Autopilot, (Azure) Active Directory, Endpoint Manager admin center), Office 365 (incl., Exchange Online, Teams and OneDrive), and Windows 10 operating system
- Microsoft 365 security stack: Azure Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Azure Information Protection (AIP), Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft DirectAccess
- Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Computer Hardware settings and best practices.
- Application whitelisting and USB control solutions
- Scripting including PowerShell and the ability to leverage that knowledge in developing customized scripting solutions
