Are you an experienced professional with a talent for streamlining sales operations and enhancing team performance? If so, Ashtead Technology are looking for a Sales Administration Manager to join their team in Singapore
As Sales Administration Manager, you will play a key role in driving internal commercial processes and nurturing strong client relationships. Day to day you’ll be involved in:
- Supporting all Business Development, Sales, and Commercial activities by ensuring seamless coordination between proactive sales efforts and efficient operational delivery teams (Client Account Managers & Business Development teams).
- Managing business systems like NetSuite post-order processing, ensuring data accuracy and workflow continuity.
- Providing documentation and administrative support throughout the bid process and maintaining up-to-date client records to support ongoing business success.
- Updating and managing all sales orders on business system as and when required as per Client Account Manager’s (CAM) comments
- Managing and updating all sales orders in the business system promptly, based on input and instructions from the Client Account Managers (CAMs).
- Generating financial, commercial and sales related reports, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure KPI’s are at an acceptable level.
