Manage and coordinate the daily work schedules of the Installations Contract Services Team
- Ensure the timely and efficient execution of the daily work plans
- Monitor the progress of submission and approval processes
- Handle all operational communications, including schematic drawings, geographical location details
- Provide accurate and timely quotations for engineering projects
- Liaise with engineering vendors to facilitate project requirement
- Assist Team lead in scheduling the installation of LPG manifold systems and downpipes
- Ensure schedules are maintained and adhered to, facilitating smooth project operations
- Communicate and respond to the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) to address any enquiries
- Any ad-duties as request by HOD

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent discipline
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities;
- Proficiency in administrative and scheduling duties;
- Ability to effectively liaise with QP, vendors, customers and regulatory bodies;
- Proficient in MS Office.

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
