**About Our Client**:

- Take ownership of all essential aspects of the Global Procure to Pay function, which includes overseeing inventory accounting processes
- Responsible in providing leadership, mentoring, resource planning and staff development opportunities to the team members
- Oversee and manage team's work, ensuring accuracy and completeness in reconciliations, reports, schedules, and Statement of Accounts.
- Address and resolve issues and queries from internal and external stakeholders promptly
- Ensure all procedures are aligned with corporate policies, internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Ensure all payment transactions are processed promptly, accurately, and completely
- Manage monthly and year-end AP closing
- Ensure submission of GST/Withholding tax on time
- Review, standardise, streamline and improve procure to pay processes to increase efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and automation
- Review and address exceptions that may arise from various systems
- Provide support and response to internal and external audit queries
- Support tax/legal reporting requirements
- Other ad-hoc duties

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in an international organisation
- Team management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel with hands-on experience in SAP accounting software
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to think critically
