Content Development Associate

As a Content Development Associate, you will be contributing to the growth of the company through your creativity and content creation. We love to work with someone who is selfless, passionate about content creation and willing to work towards a common goal. You must be a good team player to join us.
You will be in charge of video content creation for our social media advertisements, website and marketing collateral. Key duties include, ideate, create and edit videos for the platforms.
**Role & Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the team to ideate, develop and execute video and photo creatives content
- Design, storyboard and animate videos that clearly communicate ideas to serve project needs (promotional campaigns, marketing communications, etc.)
- Setup and take charge of the entire workflow from pre to post production
- Good knowledge of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and TikTok
**Requirements**:
- Self-motivated, self-directed and takes initiative its a must
- Ability to think out of the box when pitching new content ideas
- Proficient in relevant softwares such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and any photo/video editing softwares such as Lightroom and Premiere.
- Good team player with good communication skills
- Able to take constructive feedback and constant experimentation
- Familiarity with marketing
