**About Us**
Avante Gym & Yoga is a premium fitness and wellness hub located in Orchard Centrepoint. We are passionate about helping people achieve their health goals — and we’re looking for a Sales Consultant who is equally passionate about driving results and growing our community.

**Role Overview**
As a Sales Consultant, your **main goal is to drive membership sales**. You will actively reach out to potential clients, engage walk-ins and online leads, and convert enquiries into paying members. This role is target-driven and best suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic, sales-focused environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Actively follow up on leads (walk-ins, calls, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct engaging studio tours and presentations to highlight our programs and facilities.
- Recommend membership packages that suit clients’ goals and close sales effectively.
- Build strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Support outreach campaigns, events, and promotions to increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales (fitness, retail, or service industry preferred).
- Strong closing skills and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a target-based role.
- Passion for fitness/wellness a plus (but sales focus is key).
- Willing to work evenings/weekends when needed.
