- **Designing, planning, implementing and managing weekly programme( Drop-in centre for Children, Drop-in centre for Youth, Mentoring Programmes for Youth, School Holiday Workshops for Parents and Children)**:

- **To support Team Lead in reviewing the effectiveness of programme.**:

- **Developing training materials for volunteers.**:

- **Manage and train volunteers.**:

- **To identify upcoming trends in the community and follow best practices to enhance programmes impact.**:

- **Review and evaluate programmes for impact study.**:

- **Maintain client records to ensure that it is accurate and timely for data analysis.**

- **Diploma in Social Scienes, Social Work, Counselling, Sociology or relevant related qualifications**:

- **Collaborative & Team Oriented - Able to work independently and with cross centre Teams**:

- **Organised and detailed oriented in planning children and youth services programmes to achieve desired outcomes**:

- **Good interpersonal and communication skills in working with youths-at-risk**:

- **Adaptable and flexible to shifting work hours to ensure smooth delivery of programmes - working on Saturday Morning
