HR & Admin Executive

**Role**
The HR & Admin Executive supports the Principal Consultant in both Talent Acquisition and on-site HR operations support to clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare monthly payroll and headcount reports
- Liaison on payroll matters with relevant stakeholders
- Process monthly payroll as per schedule
- Filing of claims and tax related matters to various government agencies
- Maintain and upkeep training records for ISO audits
- Coordinate training courses both internally and externally
- Make plans for yearly engagement events within budget given
- Manage yearly renewal of corporate insurance, corporate license/s (if any)
- Maintain and upkeep staff p-files, leave records and staff directory
- Ad-hoc duties assigned
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in HR Management with at least 1-2 years’ working experience in similar capacity
- An eye for details with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethics
- Ability to work independently and with team
- Proactive with a “can-do” attitude
- Possess CEI Basic Certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Other Information**:
- Working Location: Tai Seng MRT
- Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Office) and adopt client’s operating hours
- Working Days: Mon to Fri
- Salary: $2.5K to $2.8K
