→ Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Fridays

→ Forklift license is a must

Objectives:

- Be part of warehouse production team to ensure warehouse operation properly operated & handle the chemicals and disposal in proper manner under safe environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide physical receipts and registration of incoming and outgoing products
- Perform truck loading and unloading operations using a forklift and any other necessary handling equipment
- Coordinate on forklift and any handling equipment servicing with the vendor
- Ensure smooth supply of materials and packaging materials to Production as per schedule
- Keep and maintain records of all warehouse documents
- Perform posting of daily issues and receipts in SAP
- Perform daily check and maintenance of the material handling equipment and ensure it is in a safe and efficient working condition
- Perform physical counting and verification of stocks
- Maintain records of all stock adjustments of used and unused items
- Coordinate on recycling IBC, drum and pallets
- Receiving and arrange truck out of empty ISO Tank
- Ensure all safety rules and regulations are observed and comply at all time
- Maintain good housekeeping and conduct safety inspection on warehouse
- Report of near misses/accidents in a timely manner to the Supervisor
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Minimum ITE Certificate holder in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
- Must have a valid forklift license
- Team player and ability to work independently
- Experience in using SAP is preferably
